About Us
"Hear Our Stories" is a youth-design project. It has been created by young people to share their voice and experience of mental health and wellbeing.
The project has been funded by Mind, the national mental health charity, in partnership with
the Co-op.
The local partners below have been responsible for co-ordinating the project and giving young people the space and resources to share their voice and stories.
Without the help of local organisations this site would not have been possible.
Our Partners
Nurturing Hope is a community interest company supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families. They offer holistic support services, development opportunities for other professionals and research into innovative ways to improve mental health.
Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind (TOG Mind) is a local mental health charity supporting all those in need with their mental health and wellbeing. They have been established for over 40 years and continue to innovate and develop mental health services for all.
Power2 is a youth development charity that supports young people to reach their full potential by unleashing their power through mutually beneficial relationships.

Hyde High School is a local secondary school wanting young people to have aspirations and dreams. They want young people to broaden their horizons and believe anything is possible.
